Why is Macbeth indecisive about the idea of killing the king?

Macbeth is glad to have his new titles that the King has bestowed on hm. People like him and he feels popular. He also worries about going to Hell should he commit such an act against a King anointed by God. I think the biggest reason is that, although a great warrior, Macbeth just isn't cut out for killing innocent people.
