who said to whom? what it means?

is this dagger which i see before me, the handle toaward my hand? come let me clutch thee. I have thee not, and yet I see thee still. Art thou not, fatal vision,sensible To feeling as to sight? or art thou but a dagger of the mind, a false creation, proceeding from the heat -oppressed brain?

This is Macbeth's second soliloquy. He is talking to the audience basically revealing his innermost thoughts. Macbeth thinks he sees a dagger guiding him to Duncan's chambers. He debates if it is real or merely imaginary because of his stressed-out emotions. The scene illustrates the inner conflict he has over killing a king that has been so good to him.
