WHO said: "glamis thou art, and cawdor; and shalt be/ what thou art promised: yet do i fear thy nature;/ it is too full o' the milk of human kindness/ to catch the nearest way" and WHAT does it means?

Lady Macbeth- "You are thane of Cawdor and Gamis, as you sere promised. But I fear it's not in your nature, that you're too full of kindness to do what needs to be done."
