When Lady Macbeth says to her husband to look like the innocent flower / but be the serpent under it 'she means :

A: look and act attractive and people will even believe that a snake is beautiful : B : play along like everything is fine , and hope that duncan dies by some other means  : C : look harmless and appealing but be ready to make a deadly strike : D : be cautions , for  trouble may  spring like a snake : E: slowly poison duncan then retreat quikly ? which is correct ?
