Macbeth

Is the theme of this passage A or C?

'These deeds must not be thought After these ways; so, it will make us mad.’ -Lady Macbeth

A.) Enjoyment versus Health

B.) Violence and Peace

C.) Guilt

I think the theme is more guilt-ridden, as I don't see the 'Enjoyment' in simply not thinking about a matter.
