In lines 29-35 what does Macbeth propose as the way to think about and treat Banquo?

Our line numbers are not exactly matching up but I think I know where you are. Macbeth wants L. Macbeth to give Banquo special attention. He wants to flatter Banquo to hide what he is really about to do with him:

Apply to Banquo; present him eminence, Both with eye and tongue: unsafe the while that we Must lave our honors in these flattering streams, And make our faces vizards to our hearts, Disguising what they are.
