How would you recreate the witches performance in act 1 of Macbeth?

I would be nervous to re-create something that is pretty much perfect to begin with. I am so used to the brilliance of Shakespeare's Macbeth. Is there something you might consider changing to make it perhaps more understandable or more interesting?
