How does Malcolm reward those who helped defeat Macbeth and return the throne back to him?

Malcolm gives all his current thanes earldoms. Anyone exiled by Macbeth is called back without repurcussions. Malcolm wishes to heal the country.

Too add on to what he/she said, he also restored peace to the country by putting good people in charge, instead of just hs friends. He did everything that Macbeth did not, and did not do what Macbeth did.
