h Donalbain, Duncan's son, ass Macbeth what has happened, Macbeth replies

"You are, but you don’t know it yet. The source from which your royal blood comes has been stopped."

Macbeth is telling Malcolm and Donalbain of their father's murder. The meaning of "your blood" translates to "your family." This is a metaphor.
