Macbeth

Banquo´s murder

  1. Lady Macbeth was not involved with the planning of Banquo's murder. You are Macbeth - now explain to Lady Macbeth why she had no part in this plan; why you wanted her to be innocent of this knowledge until now, when she should applaud your deeds and actions (Act III, scene ii).

I can't write this for you but consider that Macbeth really cares little about his wife at this point. Macbeth has gone from being subservient to his wife to now not even factoring her into his plans. L. Macbeth begins to feel increasingly isolated.
