What was the Appearance, Speech, and Reactions of Jack in chapter 11?

Jack knows he is in control of the island now. He manipulates through fear and intimidation. This has been more effective than what Ralph has offered. Jack can now do what he wishes with Ralph and Piggy. I think that Jack is regressing into a more animalistic instinct at this point. He means to destroy Ralph, his perceived enemy.
