What are raplh's major issues with the group?

The group doesn't pay attention at meetings. All it takes is a dirty word or a giggle to lose the boys' attention. The boys also agree they will do certain jobs but quickly abandon there responsibilities when they see something more amusing. The boys are also contaminating their water supply by going to the bathroom in the fresh water.
