The littlun has lost his connection to the previous world. What does this precipitate?

THe littluns were pretty much on their own. The "big guns" could barely take care of themselves. Without any parental leadership the Littluns slip back to a non-communicative state. They simply function in their own world. Any society that ignores their children is doomed to fail.
