The afternoon meeting was foreshadowing of things to come. The kids were more distracted and less well behaved.

In the morning meeting, the boys decide they will have organizede leadership on the island. There will be an order for who can speak, and they will decide things in an orderly fashion. By the evening meeting, the fire has gone out, Piggy's glasses are stolen, and the trees are on fire. It went from organized to disoraganized in a hurry.
