Lord of the Flies

In chapter 11 of Lord of the Flies, In an earlier chapter, we talked about the Irony of Piggy stating that they were acting like a bunch of kids. He says it again now. Is the implication different now? Explain.

The implication is much more insidious. They are kids who have lost control. Golding refers to them as savages.
