Characterize Ralph by the end of Chapter 2.

Ralph grabs the conch from Piggy and again reminds the group of the importance of rules. This mantra of Ralph's will be repeated over and over again through the novel. Ralph emphasizes Rules and Jack stirs chaos. The boys on the island quickly gravitate in favor of chaos. Ralph already, in chapter two, is frustrated at the boys' immaturity as well as the draw they have towards irresponsible Jack.
