Marcus argues to his father that, “It’s crazy. For every guilty person they catch, they have to punish thousands of innocent people. That’s just not good” (p. 44). What percentage would you be ok with? For every innocent people they interrogate and punish they would need to find guilty people for me to be ok with it.
