What is the conflict of Harris Bergeron?

I need to know the major conflict of the short story and what type of conflict it is.

The conflict is Harrison Bergeron against society. It is largely an external conflict. Harrison is trying to break the chains that literally and figuratively shackle humanity. He goes on television in a seemingly futile attempt to show the beauty of the human form in an attempt to bring about revolution.
