What is the conflict of Harris Bergeron?

I need to know the major conflict of the short story and what type of conflict it is.

The conflict is Harrison Bergeron against society. It is largely an external conflict. Harrison is trying to break the chains that literally and figuratively shackle humanity. He goes on television in a seemingly futile attempt to show the beauty of the human form in an attempt to bring about revolution.

The year was 2081, and everybody was finally equal. They weren’t only equal before God and the law.
They were equal every which way. Nobody was smarter than anybody else. Nobody was better looking
than anybody else. Nobody was stronger or quicker than anybody else.
