This type of society was born in the idea and desire that everyone be equalized.... it is a result of large government and government involvement in the lives of individuals. Big government thrives on equalization for the population.... but not for the government. Government interference hampers individual growth, artisitic leanings, and all natural ability. If everyone is the same.... no one will want more. If your home is as nice as your neighbors.... there's no need for you to work harder. An example of this type of government would be socialistic in nature.
