Why does Cassius say: "No, Caesar hath it not; but you, and I / And honest Casca, we have the falling sickness"? To what is Cassius referring?

Cassius is referring to epilepsy and justifying the actions of the conspirators on the basis they couldn’t help themselves….. he is being sarcastic.
