What dissension exists between Antony and Octavius?

Act 5. Scene 1.

The only dissension I see in this act is the fact that Octavius has complete trust in Lepidus and says he's been a "true and valiant soldier," whereas, Antony does not trust him and responds that his horse could be described in the same way.
