How does Cassius demonstrate charisma?

Does Cassius demonstrate charisma in minupulating Brutus to help kill caesar? If not, what other characters demonstrate this trait? Do leaders have to be charasmatic?

Cassius assembles the conspirators and is the man who convinces Brutus to kill Caesar. Cassius has the ability to draw people in. He knows how to draw people in. Like the villainous Iago from Othello, Cassius plays on the insecurities of men like Brutus to achieve his own goals.
