Cassius's story attacks what aspects of Caesar's make up? Why does he tell Brutus this story?

Cassius attacks Ceasar's physical prowess; he says that Caesar is too weak to be a King. He references how he saved Caesar from drowning in a river race and how Caesar had a seizure in Spain. For a war like commander and chief, Cassius is trying to portray Caesar as pretty wimpy.
