Johnny Tremain

What is Johnny's practical side? What does he do that he wishes he didn't have to do?

Sorry, I need more help. These questions are killing me! Anyways, these questions are fairly straight forward but I need some help forming the answer. Or even just tell me where I can find the answer in the book. Thank you! -Sarah

Johnny needs to find a "job" and he believes he can do nothing about his injured hand so silversmithing is out. He begins his work with Rab and then becomes involved in the movement to "fight" against the British on many sides. Once Mrs. Lapham essentially kicks him out, he has no place to go and is not welcome in the household anymore. He begins working in the newspaper business because he needs a place to sleep and work.
