How suffering creat a person in Jane Eyre ?

The characters in Jane Eyre are all influenced by the ways in which they've suffered. Jane overcomes a childhood without love and filled with neglect, only to become a passionate, loving woman. Rochester suffers silently from the condition of his wife, and this sullen, angry man is made whole by the love of a woman he cannot rightfully have.
