Into Thin Air

What do you think of the Japanese climbers claims that able 8000 meter is not a "place for morality"? do you see their action as justifiable?

 I think it is a place for morality. All these guys have to depend on each other at some point in the climb. Situations change so rapidly that only thinking about one's self or team is the beginning of the end. Things can spiral out of control quickly. The climbers have to be more important than the climb or mountaineering simply becomes a cutthroat death sport.
