Hall and Hansen summit. They spend time at the top but on their way down, Hansen runs out of oxygen and energy. Harris makes it to the South Summit and finds oxygen. He begs Lopsang Sherpa to take oxygen to Hansen but Lopsang refuses saying he belongs to Fischer's camp. Despite being exhausted and ill, Hall attempts to bring Oxygen to Hansen. Hansen's body is not there and Hall ends up dying on the mountain.
