"Children can be harsh judges when it comes to their parents, disinclined to grant clemency" (122). Do you agree with his statement? How do you relate the quote?

This quote directly relates to the secret Chris' parents kept about their marriage. Chris refused to forgive his father for the relationship he had with his mother while married to another woman. This was a moral conflict and Chris was unmoving in his opinion. He'd forgive the the world anything, but he would not forgive his dad. The quote is right on...... children often resent mistakes made by their parents and forget that parents do make mistakes. As for the rest, this is again a personal question for you to answer.
