what advice does nestor give to achilles and agamemnon?

it is in the iliad im not sure where though becasue i didnt read it and i need help thats why im on here. . . .

Basically he tells them to that fighting bad for Greece. He says that Achilles is the best fighter but Agamemnon has Zeus.
