Are Achilles actions just or unjust? Why?

Achilles treatment of the dead Hector would be considered unjust in those days. Without a proper funeral Hector would be a lost soul. When Achilles finally gives the body to Priam is a just action. This allowed for Hector to be properly taken care of. These final rites were very important in those days, and to deny them was seen as the ultimate punishment for a crime. (1)
