Describe the graduation speaker? Chapters 22-24

Mr. Donleavy is the speaker at graduation. He is a superintendent of sorts, he is white, and he is condescending to the black students. He says that the boys have no hope beyond athletics and doesn't even mention the girls, they are simply ignored. His words are demeaning, the audience is uncomfortable, and for Maya.... the ceremony is ruined.
