Was Malala scared she would get shot? (This is a question reated to before she got shot)

Malala was far more frightened for her father then she was for herself. At that point, the Taliban hadn't specifically targeted children, although women had been prior targets. She worried that her life wouuld change as a result of the Taliban's presence, but I do not believe she believed her actions would result in physical harm.
