What evidence is there in the chapter And Some More that Rachel and Lucy are learning to be prejudiced against people in the dark
In the dark? The girls are playing a game and naming the clouds. Rachel and Lucy are not very "nice" in their comparisons of the clouds to the people they remind them of. I'm not sure what you mean about "people in the dark."
