How does Henry sneak into Camp Minidoka?

I cannot find the chapter where it explains how he sneaked into the camp to see Keiko.

Henry and Sheldon jumped on a visitor's truck heading for the camp.

Henry pointed to a large flatbed hay truck, with makeshift benches and rickety boarded siding. “That truck?”

“That's the one. Better hurry if you're planning on going, they won't wait much longer.”
