The Chorus is speaking about the calm before the storm. The battle in the morning is coming soon. The English are outnumbered 5 to 1. The confident French camp is already planning on how to split the spoils of their battle. This was where Prince Edward of Wales defeated the French on their own territory. Like King Harry's impending battle, the English were outnumbered by the French (3500 to 100,000) I think that is the major theme at play here. In the battle of Crecy superior weaponry and tactics were important factors in the victory. In King Henry's case we are to believe it was tactics as well as Henry's rousing battle speeches and, of course, they were British! I hope this helps a little.
