What Characters are civilized? and which ones are considered savages?

like all imperialist forces.here again the imperialist is in impression for being civilised,but civilization is not human quality,its human restrained that is only because of society.Natives` society is close to nature and away from refined ,polished and civilised society so they are savage in every sense but contrarily imperialist forces are having fake impression of being civilised for they came to heart of darkness to civilise africans but left their own civilization back in society.There is no civilized character in heart of darkness.

Actualy the Heart of Darkness refers to the Congo itself because of it's dense nature and it is in this madining in-escapable island of wildernes that all who in habit the congo become engulfed in its topology and a part of the place itself and so darkness takes on a duality of meanings the inavigatable and the savagery but all of those that inhabit the congo are a part of the congo and so savage (there not in the jungle man they are the jungle )
