Mrs. Sparsits role in the novel and her reasons for not calling Louisa Mrs. Bounderby?

Mrs. Sparsit is a widow who has fallen on hard times. She is retained in Mr. Bounderby's service until her snooping gets her fired. She is jealous of Louisa and, after Bounderby and Louisa get married, looks for any opportunity to belittle Louisa.
