Why is the time "out of joint" and what can Hamlet do to "set it right"? Act 1 Scene 4

Times means "things are crazy now," the times are out of joint because things just aren't right....... things are whacky. Setting it right means they need to fix everything that's going wrong...... it isn't the sense of time as in a clock, but rather a period of time in which they live.
