He tells her that, "Lord Hamlet is a prince out of thy star. This must not be.” He says that Hamlet is a prince and cannot marry Ophelia. Hamlet would have to marry for political and power reasons. Ophelia is not important enough. He also means that Hamlet is using Ophelia for sex.
