The gravediggers are discussing a few things. They discuss if Ophelia's death was a suicide or not. If it was a suicide, why is she getting a Christian burial? They also quibble about the structure of graves and the rotting of dead bodies. They use legal terms, which would have been humorous to Elizabethan audiences because these guys are supposed to be uneducated and crude.
