What is the most important quote from Act 5?

I like the line in Act 5 sc 1 when Hamlet talks about the destiny of all living things. It does not matter how rich or famous one is: death awaits all who live. Hamlet muses about how someone as great as Julius Caesar or Alexander the Great can be burried and turned into loam to make a cork for a beer barrel. Life is fleeting and our eathly importance holds little meaning in the grand scheme of things.

No, faith, not a jot; but to follow him thither,
