Pangs of love

in hamlet's to be or not to be soliloquy in actiii scene i, what is hamlet referring to when he says "the pangs of despised love, the law's delay"?

Hamlet simply means that the pain of unrequited love or love that has ended badly is very hurtful. Also the law's delay means that when people have been treated unfairly, the law doesn't always act timely for them.
