How has this scene helped and hurt Hamlet?

Hamlet's crazy act certainly has Claudius paranoid. On one hand Hamlet's "lunacy" is causing Claudius stress. Claudius's guilt is eating at him as well as his paranoia over being found out. Hamlet is hurting himself because now the King wants him out of Denmark and, preferably, dead. 

I like him not, nor stands it safe with us
To let his madness range. Therefore prepare you.
I your commission will forthwith dispatch,
And he to England shall along with you.
The terms of our estate may not endure
Hazard so dangerous as doth hourly grow
Out of his lunacies.
