I'm not sure what you mean by revelation about Ophelia. We learn nothing really new about her. Hamlet is abusive towards her. He questions her chastity and really the loyalty of all women. Hamlet is using Ophelia for his own ends. He is also letting his anger at his mother extend to all women.
