Claudius arranges for Rosencrantz and Guildernstern to take Hamlet with them to England Why?

Claudius wants Hamlet out of Denmark. He finds great danger to himself in Hamlet's lunacy. Later we will find out that Claudius has given a sealed letter to Hamlet's friends to deliver to the King of England asking him to kill Hamlet.
