How does the Ghost persuade Hamlet to take action in Act 1 Scene 5? How does he succeed so easily?

The ghost fills Hamlet in on his murder. He asks Hamlet to avenge him. Hamlet is susceptible to the supernatural: his imagination is stimulated. Hamlet wants his father's ghost to rest. He is already not fond of his uncle; this gives Hamlet new purpose in his life.
