Gulliver continues telling his master about the vices of the English people. Many of these vices have to do with the power of money, the ability to buy fine things and control others. He paints a particularly disturbing picture of lawyers and doctors, saying that lawyers are the stupidest among the Yahoos and doctors are corrupt and seldom cure their patients. All people are after money, a concept foreign to the Houyhnhnms.
