I like the clever satire that Swift introduces. It is helpful to know the state of Europe and British politics at the time. Swifts satire of politics and the human condition is enlightening.

The book brings satire to a new level. It is very interesting to see how Swift satirizes English and European society through the various cultures he encounters.

Bathroom Humour- I recall finding the bawdy humour in the story rather entertaining.

Human Folly- The story sheds light on the twisted folly of human nature in general.
