There was a fire in the empress's chamber in the palace, and Gulliver hurried to help. Seeing that the tiny buckets of water being passed hand to hand weren't having any effect, he decided to urinate on the fire, which put it out completely. None-the-less, the empress was less than happy with what he'd done. She was disgusted. For this act, she wanted revenge on Gulliver.
