You think B? The King likes Gulliver, but he doesn't trust him.... and with good reason; Gulliver lies. Everyone else however, especially the women..... they play with him. He is treated like a dress up doll, and they have no consideration for the fact that he's embarssed when they disrobe him for fun. I don't see the "confusion."

Some thought he was weasel like but most felt him to be a play-thing or a pet. So perhaps D might fit as well.
